Five principles for clearer growth.
Clarity over theatre.
Every claim survives "so what?" or it gets cut.
The aha is the strategy.
People forget information. They remember the moment they understood.
Every euro works.
I spend your budget the way I spend my own: reluctantly, on what compounds.
10x, not 10%.
Optimisation buys percentages. Position and system buy multiples. And sometimes, 10% is enough.
Cut the friction.
Remove what slows growth, and the growth you already paid for shows up.
Signs friction is slowing growth.
The product works. The revenue is real. And still:
Two or more of these?
Three ways to work with me.
Fractional or interim Head of Marketing.
Senior leadership inside the company when the commercial job is bigger than a project. I set the narrative, build the operating rhythm and make the plan move.
PMM & GTM Lead.
Clear the market story, then build the launch or sales motion around it. For a new product, market, category shift or technical story buyers need to understand.
Growth & value creation sprint.
A focused, fixed-scope sprint to find the constraint, price the opportunity and leave a plan the team can use. Built for a decisive commercial question.
Marketing as a value-creation lever.
Growth that lags the plan leaks into the multiple. For operating partners: a commercial read before the deal, then hands-on marketing leadership to make the value-creation plan move.
My work in evidence.
The context changes. The job does not: make something technical clear enough to buy, then build the route to growth around it.
Google Pixel
Led the launch motion for new Pixel hardware, translating the product into a clear story for each market and the teams bringing it to life.
Google Growth Lab
A Growth Lab pilot for Devices and Android, built with data, UX and product to test product-led growth before scaling it further.
Normative × Google.org
Led positioning, messaging and launch motion for the SMB carbon calculator, creating a category story the product could carry.
Metris Energy
Built the GTM and press strategy around the funding announcement, connecting the moment to the market story and launch motion.
Eunice
Created a name and early narrative that held cultural meaning while the company found its commercial direction.
Confidential company
Worked with the team to make the market story, route to growth and commercial evidence clearer as the company prepared for its next strategic step.
The scale of Big Tech. The independence of a senior operator.
Hi, I’m Gabriella. I’m a fractional and interim Head of Marketing for climate, hardware and AI companies. Before Agora, I spent nine years at Google, from helping small businesses grow to launching Pixel and Google Nest across Europe. I now bring that range to companies whose technology is ahead of the story the market tells about it: hands-on, commercially minded and built to leave something that holds.
I scaled products into new markets, turned pilots into multi-million-revenue campaigns and built zero-to-one launches from nothing. The thread was always the same: take something technical and turn it into growth. Agora is where I do that work hands-on for the climate, hardware and AI companies building real things.
AI is a tool. Judgement stays human.
AI fluency matters when it is pointed at a commercial outcome, not used as a slide. I use it to make teams leaner, their learning loops faster and the system I leave behind more useful.
How can we work together?
What does a fractional or interim Head of Marketing do?
I work inside the company as the senior marketing lead, setting the commercial story, priorities and operating rhythm. The scope can include positioning, product marketing, GTM, pipeline and the team around them.
When should a company bring in a PMM and GTM lead?
Usually before a launch, a new market, a category shift or when a technical product is not yet clear enough for buyers to act on. The work joins the product story to the route to revenue.
What is a growth and value creation sprint?
A focused sprint for one consequential commercial question. I diagnose the constraint, turn it into a prioritised plan and leave the team with an answer they can use.
Who do you work with?
Climate, hardware and AI companies, plus PE and VC firms that back them. The common thread is a technical product that needs a clearer commercial story and a stronger route to growth.

Agora means the market. And it means now.
In ancient Greece, the agora was the market square, the place where work met its public and got its price. In Portuguese, my mother tongue, agora means now. The name holds both: the market your technology has to win, and the moment to move. It's why the wordmark ends in a full stop, the moment the market makes up its mind.
